Downer Lakeview Commons, originally constructed as a parking garage and now converted into medical office use, is the Primary Contributing Historic Building in the Downer Avenue Historic Commercial District.  With an extremely accelerated project schedule from design through construction, we collaborated with multiple engineers, consultants, and contractors to perform structural repairs, complete façade renovation, provide a full mechanical and electrical system replacement, and design and coordinate medical office tenant build-outs.
