This office development, currently in schematic design, is the renovation of a 5 story manufacturing building into modern office and retail space with the lower level being converted into parking.  The renovation includes full mechanical and electrical systems as well as the addition of two new elevators & shafts, renovation of the three existing elevators, and a small lobby addition to the south of the building.
