Provided strategic facility master planning and design for a 12-story, 420,000 square foot cardiac hospital.  The hospital is built above the existing parking structure and establishes the first phase of a complete replacement hospital with a healing garden as the central organizing feature for the inpatient care units.  The upper floors of the addition incorporate, 192 private patient rooms, eight cardiovascular operating rooms and 78 intensive care beds.  The entire high rise addition straddles an existing parking structure with its four main public elevators threaded down through the structure to the main entry galleria.
