In 2012, Associated Bank purchased a six-story office building in downtown Green Bay to make a new place for its corporate headquarters. A complete interior renovation reflects the bank’s rebranded image and furnishes an energizing workspace for the 500 office personnel relocated from multiple sites.

A new place in an old space, the Zizzo Group’s office is housed in a 1917 building that was originally home to the Phoenix Knitting Company. Adaptable rooms for multiple uses and gatherings of various sizes, coupled with an eclectic design mix of new and old, reflects the firm’s innovative culture.

Built in 1857, the Pritzlaff Building now houses Ward 4, a cutting edge space that makes a place for startups to take off.  The original heavy timber structure and cream city brick walls are juxtaposed with innovative spaces that provide a variety of ways to gather together people and ideas.
