788 North Jefferson Street

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- The existing facade at the ground level and entry vestibule to the 788 North Jefferson building was renovated to create an updated and inviting storefront. Dated dark metal canopies were replaced with sleek aluminum fins that incorporate lighting and outdoor heating elements for sidewalk seating. The renovation opened up additional storefront bays, adding to the pedestrian experience along the sidewalk. A portion of the new glazing system folds open to an outdoor patio for an improved indoor / outdoor connection.

The main building entrance and lobby was improved through the use of lighting, layout, and an upgraded material palette. The renovation creates a strong visual connection to the elevator lobby serving the upper levels of the 8-story office building. High ceilings, new flooring, and cove lighting give tenants a light, open, and secure lobby space.
