Kilbourn Building Lobby Renovation
MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- More than a simple update of the building’s main lobby, this renovation is an exploration in the interplay between natural wood and clean, modern accents along with strategic lighting to improve the visitor experience and wayfinding of the lobby. A continuous wood soffit pulls pedestrians from the street, leading them to the building’s directory and custom built-in bench. A light cove and recessed strip lighting in the ceiling along with selectively placed glossy floor tile subtly leads visitors to the elevators.
