KK BAY VIEW DEVELOPMENT

The KK Bay View development project is a multi-story mixed-use development located in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee. Retail spaces front Kinnickinnic Avenue to provide for a continuation of the walkable activity in the area.  Multi-family sits atop the retail base of the buildings providing a varied mix of unit sizes.  The materiality of the buildings is a nod to the neighborhood’s industrial past with contemporary touches and details throughout.
